Amlou is a traditional Moroccan delicacy originating from the Souss region in southern Morocco. It’s a rich, creamy, and highly nutritious spread made from three main ingredients:

• Roasted almonds (or sometimes peanuts, depending on the variation)

• Argan oil (a rare, high-quality oil extracted from the argan tree)

• Honey (natural, raw, and often locally sourced)
